Do take note the following steps before the scheduled booking
Payment
Payment should be made via PayPal using the QR link at least 2 hours prior to the booking. If payment not completed, the booking will be canceled without notice, and the reserved time will be opened for another client.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times. Please reach out to us at connect@petitprixinteriordesign.com at least one day in advance.
Refund and cancellation
Non refundable; however, if a prior notice of 48 hours is given with valid reason is provided, on case basis. An admin fee due to Pay Pal charges shall incur. I reserve the right to deny refunds once the meeting has started.
Failure to deliver service
In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our commitments due to unfortunate occurrences such as disasters or negligence, we will issue a credit back to you from the same PayPal account used for the original payment.
